Description

The Bureau of Reclamation, Mid-Pacific Region intends to issue a five year service contract, which requires copier service on a cost-per-copy (CPC) basis. The requirement includes copying machines, all consumable supplies (except paper), emergency repair service during normal working hours, periodic preventive maintenance, and operator training services. Areas of service include the Mid-pacific Regional Office located at 2800 Cottage Way, Sacramento, CA 95825 and Central Valley Operations Office located at 3310 El Camino Avenue, Suite 300, Sacramento, CA 95821. Period of performance is anticipated to be 365 calendar days from date of contract award, with four one year option periods. This is an unrestricted procurement conducted under SIC code 7359, NAICS code is 532420, and the Product/Service code is W074. FAR clause 52.219-04, Notice of Price Evaluation Preference for HUBZONE Small Business Concerns applies. Technical and cost proposals will be required and the successful offeror(s) will be selected through a tradeoff process to determine the offer(s) which are the best value to the Government.
