Description

This is Source Sought Notice which Department of Defense Contract Management is issuing to seek small business capable of providing Quality Assurance Training Classes during one year period for maximum of 48 classes and minimum of 23 classes. Contractor shall provide Quality Assurance Specialists (QAS) with the knowledge, skills and abilities required to perform Supplier Quality Assurance (SQA). The intent of the Quality Assurance Technical Development Program (QATDP) is to assure that highly qualified, skilled, consistent, and credible personnel are performing Acquisition Contract Management Services on customer contracts and programs. The QAS makes a significant impact on the DoD Acquisition Life-Cycle by their on-site presence. The intent of these courses will be to describe the QATDP and defines Agency responsibilities and procedures for providing commodity training and certification for DCMA QASs. These courses will also provide information and guidance for ensuring career management of the QA workforce by using commodity matrices and other training requirements for developing DCMA QASs.
