Description

The Naval Oceanographic Office, Stennis Space Center, MS intends to issue a sole source award to Trolltech, Inc., Palo Alto, CA, under the authority of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c) and in accordance with FAR 6.302-1. The requirement is for the renewal of Qt Enterprise Edition Unix/Win/Max support licenses. This action will be conducted in accordance with FAR 12 Acquisition of Commercial Items and FAR 13 Simplified Acquisition Procedures. The resulting contract will be firm fixed-price. NAICS Code 511210 and Business Size of $21.0M applies. This synopsis is published for informational purposes only and is not a request for competitive offers. Any inquiries concerning this requirement are to be submitted in writing to the Contracting Officer. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed action based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. See Note 22.
