- This is a combined synopsis/solicitatin issued pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulations Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being required adn a written solicitation will not be issued. This solicitation and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2005-5. This is a requirement for occupational medical health services and animal exposure surveillance program for period October 2005 through 9/30/06. The NIH-NIA intends to negotiate on sole source basis with Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center, Employee Health Services due to location and so immediate attention can be given to any type of occupational health needs. The provisions at 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors-Commercial Items, apply to this acquisition.
