- The 89th Contracting Office, Andrews Air Force Base, intends to negotiate a sole source software maintenance and software subscription of the Lumenis/Coherent/Pantheon Lasers at Malcolm Grow Medical Center. The resulting contract will be a firm fixed price service contract. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals. However, the Government will consider proposals received within three (3) days after publication of this synopsis. The Government will not be responsible for any cost incurred in proposal preparation. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
