- Description
- The Department of Defense Dependents Schools (DoDDS) Pacific intends to procure on a Firm Fixed Price basis, instructors, materials, and supplies necessary to conduct and participate in a 2005 Far East Cheerleading Clinic to be held at the DoDDS Japan District Schools Camp Zama, Japan facility. A Statement of Work outlining specific requirements will be included in the Request for Quote (RFQ) Number HE1260-06-Q-7000. The period of performance (Clinic dates) at the Camp Zama, Japan location will be 7 November 2005 through 11 November 2005. Tasks/requirements will consist of daily sessions in the instruction of jumps, dances, team building, cheers sideline chants, etc. More detailed requirements/tasks are included in the RFQ, Standard Form 1449 in the Federal Business Opportunity website. The RFQ will close on 14 October 2005, 4:00 p.m. Japan Standard Time (JST). Award will be made in accordance with FAR Part 12, Commercial Items. The Department of Defense requires all contractors to register in the Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database to receive any contract award or payment. The CCR website is: http://www.ccr.dlis.dla.mil/ccr/scripts/index.html. All responsible sources submitting a quotation will be considered by the agency. Responses must include all information requested in the Request for Quotation. Responses shall be submitted in writing to Point of Contact listed in this Synopsis. A single award will be made to a responsible offeror whose offer conforms to all of the requirements/specifications listed in the Request for Quote.
