Specifications, standards, and Qualified Product Lists also constitute a part of the Technical Data Package and should be requested from the Internet via http://dodssp.daps.dla.mil. FOB Destination/ Inspection at Origin. Estimated quantity Base yr 211 ea, 96 DARO, Stock Locations. Estimated quantity Option yrs 1-4, 144 ea, 96 DARO, Stock Locations. Duration of contract period is 60 months. Notes 23, and 26 apply. Unrestricted. Other than Full and Open Competition. Intended sources: Pioneer Aerospace CAGE 77745, Irvin Aerospace CAGE 05QR4, and Guardian Parachute CAGE 56600. Any manufacturer other than the approved sources wishing to submit a proposal must submit a complete source approval package. Air Force CRITICAL SAFETY ITEM (CSI). Configuration Control applies. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance, and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. The solicitation will be awarded as an indefinite quantity contract. A copy of the solicitation will be available via the DLA Procurement Gateway at http://progate.daps.dla.mil on the issue date cited in the RFP.
