Description: The US Geological Survey (USGS) has an ongoing requirement for the services of an experienced individual or organization for site operation, site maintenance, site monitoring, and processing of samples from a remote field precipitation collection station located in Ashland and Wappapello, Missouri. The USGS intends to make an award to the University of Missouri as the only known local source with the expertise to perform the service. Any local individual or organization with hydrologic expertise in acid precipitation studies are encouraged to contact the Contracting Officer, Stacey Pescitani at spescitani@usgs.gov, to obtain a copy of the Statement of Work in order to provide a quote. Award for this service will be made under the SIMPLIFIED ACQUISITION PROCEDURES THRESHOLD OF $100,000.00.
