Description

GovWorks is issuing a Request for Proposal on behalf of the Naval Healthcare Support Office. who has a requirement for the receiving, warehousing, moving of furnishings and supplies, and installation of owner installed clinic furniture, office and medical equipment. The period of performance will be 6 months from the date of award. FOB shall be DESTINATION, Washington Navy Yard, Portsmouth VA. This requirement is set aside 100% for small business interests. The resultant award is expected to be a firm-fixed-price purchase order. ***The NAICS code for this requirement is 488911 with a small business size standard of $21.5 million. ***The competitive Request for Quote (RFQ), specifications, RFQ amendments, and all questions and answers related to this procurement will be made available via the Internet at http://www.govworks.gov/vendor/csolicit.asp under RFQ number 1435-04-06-RQ-60341. ***The RFQ is anticipated for release to the vendor community on or about October 17, 2005, and will be available via the Internet at the above web site. ***Potential offerors are responsible for accessing the web site. Interested parties must respond to the RFQ in order to be considered for award of any resultant contract. No written solicitation document is available, telephone requests shall not be honored, and no bidders list shall be maintained.
