Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This acquisition is being conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12  Acquisition of Commercial Items, in conjunction with FAR Par 13  Simplified Acquisition Procedures. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Solicitation # W91QF2-06-T-0002 applies and is used as a Request for Quotation. A written s olicitation is available. This procurement is a 100% small business set-aside. Fort Hamilton Community is seeking the services of a Catholic Priest for the following: Mass & other Catholic services @ Fort Hamilton for the Fort Hamilton Post Chapel, U.S. Army Garrison, Fort Hamilton, Brooklyn, New York. The period of performance is November 1, 2005 through September 30, 2006 for the base year, plus four option years, each running from October 1st through September 30th, until September 30, 2010. The acqu isition will be conducted under North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) 813110; the small business size standard is $6 million. The SIC code is 8661. A fixed-price contract is anticipated. The total contract dollar value is estimated to be b etween $25,000 and $100,000.
