Description

Provide bulk gasoline (unleaded gasoline 89 octane minimum) and diesel (No. 2 diesel fuel for marine use) to the following locations. Gasoline 1,000 gallon tank 37705 Roys Point Road, Bayfield, WI Diesel 1,000 gallon tank 37705 Roys Point Road, Bayfield, WI Diesel 300 gallon tank NPS vessel "Pelican", moored at 37705 Roys Pt Rd, Bayfield Gasoline 1,000 gallon tank 32660 Little Sand Bay Road, Bayfield, WI Diesel 1,000 gallon tank 32660 Little Sand Bay Road, Bayfield, WI Fuel usage is estimated at 7,750 gallons gas and 4,300 gallons diesel. This is an indefinite delivery/indefinite quantity contract. Quantity shown is estimate only; actual quantity purchased may be more or less. Fuel shall be delivered during the period October 2005 through September 30, 2006. The last fill under this contract should be delivered as close to September 15, 2006 as possible (after this date deliveries shall only be made at the request of the Government.) No additional charges for delivery or handling shall be allowed. Tanks are to be maintained on a "keep full" basis. During routine delivery schedules, Contractor shall monitor tanks to determine if bulk fuel is needed. Tank levels shall not drop below a 300 gallon fill level at any time between deliveries. If tank levels drop below this level due to the failure of the Contractor to properly monitor tanks levels, Contractor shall be required to make special deliveries at no additional cost to the Government. NPS Vessel Pelican shall be fueled on 24 hours notice by the Government to the Contractor. Amount of diesel fuel may vary from 100 gallons to 300 gallons per fill.
