- The government intends to negotiate a Indefinite Delivery, Requirement Type Contract, with Firm Fixed Pricing for Shipboard Recreation Furniture in support of the NAVSEA Habitability Self-Help Program IAW Military Performance Specification MIL-PRF-32038, ? Shipboard Furniture, Fixtures, Fittings, and Accessories, General specification? and applicable Performance Specification Sheets as listed therein and as required by the Mid-Atlantic Regional Maintenance Center, (MARMC), Portsmouth, Virginia. This requirement will be procured in accordance with FAR Part 15, with 100% set-aside for small business concerns. The Government does not intend to use FAR Part 12 for this requirement. The Period of Performance for the resulting contract is a basic year and four (4) option years. The North American Industry Classification System Code is 337127, and the corresponding Federal Supply Code (FSC) is 7105. The contractor will provide Shipboard Furniture, Fixtures, Fittings, and Accessories as coordinated with the Government Representative on an individual basis per delivery order. A complete RFQ package will be available on or around 01 NOV 2005 by downloading the documents at the FedBizOps Website as follows: http: // www.fbo.com. Potential Offerors are hereby notified that the Solicitation will be available by downloading the documents at the FISC Norfolk Website and this office will no longer issue hard-copy solicitations. By submitting a quote the vendor will be self-certifying that neither the requestor nor the principal corporate officials and owners are currently suspended, or debarred, or otherwise ineligible to receive contracts from any Federal Agency. Failure to so represent may be grounds for refusing to accept the quote.
