Description

In accordance with OMB Circular A-76, Commercial Activity Study, the United States Department of Labor, Employment Standards Administration (ESA), Office of Workers Compensation Programs (OWCP), Washington, DC has conducted a Streamlined Study Competition for its Division of Energy Employees’ Occupational Illness Compensation (DEEOIC), which includes several employees in various locations from DOL Regions throughout the United States performing duties in regards to the implementation of the Energy Employees’ Occupational Illness Compensation Program Act (EEOICPA). As a result of this study,performance of these functions shall remain in-house to be performed by the Government Most Efficient Organization (MEO). The study was announced on 04 March 2005. DOL completed this study effective 20 May 2005.
