Description: This specification shall apply to three each 2 ton bridge crane systems to be located in the north end of Bldg. 37 at Letterkenny Army Depot, Chambersburg, PA. Also to be included is a 1 ton trolley/hoist for the same area. These systems will be us ed to support the Aviation Ground Power Unit (AGPU) workload. The bridge crane systems shall be underhung, single girder, with underhung electric chain hoist/trolley. Push type trolleys and bridge end trucks shall be provided. The bridges shall be suspe nded from existing crane runways. The bridge systems shall consist of underhung end trucks, trolleys, bridge beams, electric chain hoists, trolley stops, runway electrification, festooning, pendants, and other associated equipment. The contractor shall i nstall the systems as described herein in their entirety (turnkey operation), including connection to existing electrical service. The contractor shall also perform load testing using a government furnished load standard. 1. The proposed contract is 100% set aside for small business concerns.
