- This synopsis replaces the synopsis dated 10/19/05. Defense Supply Center Richmond (DSCR) intends to procure sole source, part numbered item (36718-1) from Eaton Aerospace (Cage Code 99643). The proposed contract will be for a firm fixed contract. The NSN for this procurement is 1650-01-125-7212. Matched Assembly, YPG05281000573. Specifications, plans or drawings relating to the procurement described are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. Unrestricted. The final contract award decision may be based upon a combination of price, past performance and other evaluation factors as described in the solicitation. Other than full and open competition, only one source. Total quantity 980 each. Delivery - 228 DARO to New Cumberland, PA 17070-5001 and Stockton, CA 95296-0130/Tracy, CA 95304-5000. FOB - Destination, I/A - Destination.
