- General Services Administration (GSA), Global Supply intends to establish, through Negotiation, a firm-fixed price, two-year requirements type contract with three one-year options for the period of March 1, 2006 (or date of award) through February 29, 2008. Requirements are for forty-seven (47) Tool Bags, Boxes, Chests and Cabinets with National Stock Numbers in the 5140 Federal Supply Class. This acquisition a total set aside for Small Business. These NSNs are part of the GSAs Stock Program. Estimated quantities and descriptions appear in the solicitation document. The contract will include an Economic Price Adjustment Clause. All offers are to be FOB destination, with delivery of 90 days or less and a minimum order of no less than $50.00. Solicitation is scheduled to issue on or about November 7, 2005. Award will be based on Past Performance, Delivery, and Price.
