Description
REQUIREMENT: The U.S. Government is seeking to lease approximately 20,133 square feet (BOMA) of contiguous office space in the building located at 875 Fifteenth Street, NW Washington, DC 20005. The space shall be built-out in accordance with design development drawings and construction drawings as approved by both the Millennium Challenge Corporation (MCC) and the Landlord. Space must be ready for occupancy on or before April 1, 2006. Lease term shall be coterminous with MCC?s existing lease term which ends on May 28, 2015; plus one five (5) year renewal option. Expressions of interest should include building name and address, location of space in the building, and BOMA square feet offered.
