Description

The Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) intends to award a sole source contract to Commerce Clearing House, Inc., for Accounting Reserach Manager Database in accordance with FAR 6.302-1(a). This award may be issued with a base and four one-year options. The aforementioned services are required in order to satisfy the SEC's need for all U.S. and International Accounting Standards Committee (IASC) audit literature products. The period of performance for this award is: October 2005 through September 2006. Commerce Clearing House, Inc., is the only known source that possesses the capability required by the SEC. Interested organizations may submit their capability statements, and qualifications for the provision of this service, which may be considered by the agency. This is not a solicitation, but a Notice of Intent. No solicitation will be issued for this sole source requirement, and no other information will be provided.
