Description

The United States Army Communications Electronics--Lifecycle Management Command (CE-LCMC) intends to procure Six Hundred and Sixty (660), Cable Reel RC-435/U in accordance with drawing number SC-D-108721, and NSN 8130-00-656-1090. This procurement is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. The small business size standard is 500 employees for the North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) Code 332999. The Solicitation is an Invitation for Bid (IFB). The Solicitation will instruct Contractors to si gn and return the Representations and Certifications to the Contracting Officer at CE-LCMC. The proposed acquisition is to be a Firm Fixed Price, approximately 14-month contract with two (2) 100% options. The Solicitation for this buy will be posted on the Interactive Opportunities Web Page (IBOP). The delivery schedule shall begin 150 days after contract award. The items will be shipped to the New Cumberland Facility, New Cumberland, PA. The shipments are to be FOB Destination with Inspection/Acceptance FO B Origin. Packaging and Packing shall be in accordance with Standard Practice for Commercial Packaging. The U.S. Army CE-LCMC has established the IBOP website as part of the Armys Single Face to Industry, to allow electronic posting of Solicitations for Request for Proposals (RFPs) and Invitations for Bids (IFBs) from CE-LCMC to Industry.
