- The U.S. Government is interested in leasing between 14,231 rentable square feet(approximately 12,375 ANSI/BOMA Office Area Square feet) of contiguous office space. The space must meet requirements for fire and life safety plus handicapped access in accordance with PL-90-480. Occupancy is required by September 1, 2006. LEASE TERM: Ten (10) Years, FIVE (5) years firm term. DELINEATED AREA: The Central Business District of Binghamton, NY as described by the area below: From the corner of East Clinton Street and Water Street go east along East Clinton to Washington Street. Go north on Washington Street to Lewis Street. Go East on Lewis Street to Fayette Street. Go south on Fayette Street to Susquehanna Street. Go west on Susquehanna Street to Washington Street. Go North on Washington Street back to East Clinton Street. EXPRESSIONS OF INTEREST MUST BE SUBMITTED IN WRITING NO LATER THAN NOVEMBER 15, 2005 AND SHOULD INCLUDE THE FOLLOWING INFORMATION: 1) Building name and address, and location of space in the building. 2) Legal description 3) One-eighth inch scale drawing of space offered. 4) ANSI/BOMA defined Office Area Square Feet 5) Rentable Square Feet Offered and Rental Rate per Square Foot. (Specifying services, utilities, and tenant improvement allowance included) 6) Percentage of Common Area Factor used to Determine the Rentable Square Feet 7) Name, address, telephone number, and email address of individual to be contacted. Submission by other than the owner or manager of a property must be accompanied by a letter from the ownership granting permission to make a general offering of space. In instances where the Offeror is representing more than one property, the Offeror is hereby notified that they may only participate in negotiations on behalf of one owner.
