Description: The Government intends to issue a sole source award to Alaska Industrial Resources, Anchorage, AK under their GSA contract GS-07F-0084K, for the manufacture of 21 Small Shelter System (SSS) Airlock Frames, AK-AV-7X24, as a replacement for the Tent, Extendable, Modular, Personnel (TEMPER) based airlock currently in use. The modified AF Small Shelter Vestibule frame was deemed feasible via prototype demonstrations, and the SSS Airlock Frames will be based on Alaska Industrial Resources? proprietary drawing package.
