Description

The 89th Contracting Squadron at Andrews AFB MD intends to award a sole soure agreement with Ex-Cel Solutions, NAICS code 334111, to continue hardware and software maintenance on AIX UNIX operating system for processing of National Law Enforcement Telecommunications System (NLETS) used by HQ AFOSI. The services include, but not limited to, supplies and support services required to access and dispatch law enforcement messages over a controlled access, self-authenticating network for the Headquarters Air Force Office of Special Investigation (HQ AFOSI), Andrews AFB MD. Access to the following information also required: 1. Criminal History Checks 2. Vehicle Registration Information 3. Air Force Member Check 4. National Crime Information Center (NCIC) Period of Performance is from 15 November 2005 to 14 November 2006. This will be a firm-fixed price contract. This notice does not obligate the government to award a contract, it does not restrict the Government's ultimate approach, nor does it obligate the Government to pay for any proposal preperation costs.
