Description

Provide all labor, material, equipment, transportation and supervision to cut the grass and plow the parking lot, drives, and sidewalks at the Naval and Marine Corps Reserve Center, Rock Island, Illinois. The work shall be accomplished by means of a Firm Fixed Price. Offers shall be submitted to perform work for a period of one (1) year. The Government has the option to extend the term of the contract for additional periods of one to twelve months, with a total duration not to exceed 60 months. The North American Industrial Code System (NAICS) code is 561730 with a size standard of $6M. The Request for Quotations (RFQ) will be posted on the NAVFACENGCOM Electronic Solicitation (E-SOL) on or about November 9, 2005. The estimated date for receipt of offers is 1400 (local) on November 22, 2005. All eligible firms interested in a copy of the RFQ may view and/or download the document at the following web site, http://esol.navfac.navy.mil. This solicitation will be in electronic format only. Contractors are encouraged to register on the E-SOL website prior to downloading the solicitation to ensure notification of any/all changes/additional information related to the solicitation. Registration for this solicitation is optional. You may still view plans, specification, drawings and amendments without registering for the solicitation, but you must be logged into an E-SOL account. If you register for this solicitation, you will receive a courtesy e-mail notifying you of all amendments for this solicitation posted to this website. Registration for this solicitation, however, does not release bidders/offerors from the responsibility of checking the solicitation daily for amendments.
