- Description
- A. This Modification to a Previous Notice is to announce the contract form shall be changed from a STANDARD FORM 1449 TO A STANDARD FORM 1442 and shall fall under FAR Part 36. B. The Solicitation number shall remain the same: W194NS-05-R-0015. C. The NAICS Code shall be changed from 334511 - Search, Detection, Navigation, Guidance, Aeronautical, and Nautical System and Instrument Manufacturing to 23821 Electrical Contractor – 23821 Airport Runway Lighting Contractor. D. The Solicitation shall remain a Design-Build with one award to one Contractor. E. The contract shall remain a Firm Fixed Price contract. F. The Period of Performance shall remain at 180 days (6 months) and Period of Performance shall begin the date of the award, performance shall begin with-in the first 20 days after award. G. The magnitude of the award shall be with-in the range of $1,000,000 to $5,000,000. H. There shall not be any Pre-bid Conference. I. The bidding process shall be closed and Offers shall be received by the Contracting Office by 11 August 2005, 1700 hours. J. The Statement of Work and all documentation shall remain the same. K. The Source Selection shall be changed to a single phase selection and the selection criteria shall remain Technically Acceptable and Lowest Price.
