- Seals (Various) ? 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. FSC 5330 ? This procurement will be for a stock Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) to be awarded under FAR 13.5 Test Program for Certain Commercial Items. The IQC will be for a two-year base period, with three one-year options. The procurement is for 153 competitive core NSNs broken into 3 LOTS, with the potential to expand the contract with 134 additional non-core items on a post award basis via Add/Delete Clause. The first NSN is 5330-00-001-1961. The list of additional NSNs will be available at http://www/dscp.dla/mil/gi/general/scp.htm. Drawings will be available on CD.
