- RH052930060000, NSN 6150-01-376-7889, Cable Assembly, Special, in accordance with U. S. Army Tank Automotive Command, Cage 19207, drawing 12378685, Rev A; P/N 12378685-001. This is a source controlled item with the approved source being Eaton Corp., Defense Products/Truck Components, Cage 52304, P/N 673227. Specifications, plans, or drawings relating to the procurement are not available and cannot be furnished by the Government. This is being procured as other than full and open competition under 10 USC 2304(c)(1). This is an unrestricted procurement. The requirement will be synopsized via FedBizOpps. This item is not commercial off the shelf. This is a solicitation for a proposed firm fixed price Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) with one base year and four option years. The Guaranteed Minimum is 25 EA, Estimated Annual Demand is 100 EA and the Maximum Annual Contract Quantity is 200 EA. FOB destination, Inspection/Acceptance destination. Requested delivery is 96 DARO. There is a surge requirement for this IQC requiring a quantity of 45 EA. Possible stock delivery locations are New Cumberland, PA and Tracy, CA . Solicitation may be available for issue on or about November 28, 2005 and close on or about December 28, 2005.
