- The Department of Veteran Affairs Medical Center, Decatur, GA (VISN 7), requires the rental of up to 14 hotel rooms within a 5-mile radius of the VA Medical Center for VA Hoptel Patients from Sunday evening through Thursday night each week. Hotel must be equipped with handicapped rooms, complimentary breakfast, and room microwaves and refrigerators. The contract performance period shall be a Base Year from December 15, 2005 through December 14, 2006 with one renewable Option Year. This procurement is unrestricted for full and open competition. The NAICS Code for this procurement is 721110 with a standard size of $6 million. The solicitation will be issued on or about November 21, 2004. Requests for hardcopy solicitation must be in writing to the Contracting Officer. NO TELEPHONE REQUESTS WILL BE ACCEPTED. FAX requests will be accepted at 478-274-5609.
