Description

Contractor to provide all necessary labor, travel, tools and materials required to repair patient aids such as wheelchairs, scooters, stairway lifts, etc of VA beneficiaries for VA Medical Center, Martinsburg, WV, in accordance with all terms and conditions of the solicitation for the period date of award through 11/30/06 with 4-1 option years, subject to the availability of funds. Services will be required in West Virginia Counties of Berkeley, Grant, Hampshire, Hardy, Jefferson, Mineral, Morgan and Pendleton. Maryland Counties of Allegany, Frederick, Garrett, Washington. Pennsylvanis Counties of Adams, Franklin and Fulton. Virginia Counties of Clarke, Culpeper, Fauquier, Frederick, Greene, King George, Loudoun, Madison, Page, Rappahannock, Rockingham, Shenandoah, Stafford, Warren. Responsible sources may submit an offer in accordance with the solicitation which may be obtained electronically at the URL address http://www.bos.oamm.va.gov. Any amendments issued to this solicitation will also be available at the URL address. NAICS is 811211 size standard is $6.0 million. This is a 100% small business set-aside. This procurement is being conducted under FAR Subpart 13.5 test program and the simplified acquisition procedures apply. The procurement will be conducted according to a combination of Parts 12, 13 and 15. All questions shall be in writing and sent to the contracting officer.
