Description

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in FAR subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. A quote is being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number FM441953040035 is hereby issued as a Request for Quote for a Dentist Assistant Stools. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 01-24. This acquisition is a small business set aside and is under North American Industry Classification System code 423450 A Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order will be issued in writing to the winning bidder. Contractor shall provide: Dentist Assistant Stools Mfr: A-dec Model# 1622 (Steel Color, seamless Upholstery) QTY 7 ***PRODUCT MUST BE BRAND NAME , EQUAL TO, OR BETTER THAN. If providing and equal item, please provide specifications and/or pictures***** When providing quote please state in quote, tax ID number, shipping/delivery information, and a contact e-mail address.
