- NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: Department of the Air Force, Air Force Material Command, Electronic Systems Center, Development & Fielding systems Group DFSG/PNPK - Personnel Systems Div. 550 C Street West, Suite C-314, Randolph AFB, Tx 78150-4700. This is a notice of intent to Award Sole Source contract to Northrop Grumman for the SUSTAINMENT OF CONSORTIUM Integrated voice INTEGRATED VOICE RESPONSE SYSTEM (IVRS) for approximately $77,000.00 under GS35F-4506G; Justification: Supplies or services required are available from only one or a limited number of responsible sources under the authority of FAR 6.302. Interested sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals. Duration: Period of performance will be for one year from the date of the contract award. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive proposals; however, all proposals received within 10 days after date of publication of this synopsis will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Award will be made only if the offeror, the product/service or the manufacturer meets qualification requirement at time of award, in accordance with FAR clause 52.209-1 or 52.209-2. The solicitation identifies the office where additional information can be obtained concerning qualification requirements and is cited in each individual solicitation. Numbered Notes 22, 23 and 26 apply.
