Description
QUESTIONS AND ANSWERS RFQ NUMBER 60105 1. The language in I.6 and section 12 indicates this RFP being competed under one of the GSA schedules. Answer: Correction: Under Section 12 of the Statement of Work-removed the Personal Service language. (Note: This is a Request for Quote) 2. The language in Statement of Work: 2:0 REPORTS AND DATA. The first sentence-?On the tenth day of each month following award, the grantee...? Answer: Changed the grantee to Contractor. 3. Is it being competed under MOBIS or some other schedule? Answer: This project is competed through Open-Market. It is not being competed through GSA schedules. (Note: This is an RFQ) 4. Is there a page limit or size limit (other than the 3 MB) on the technical proposal? If so, does the limit include resumes? Answer: There is no page limitation for the submission of Quotes. 5. Is this RFP follow-on to any existing work? If so, who is the incumbent? Answer: There is no incumbent. (Note: This is an RFQ) 6. It is difficult to estimate costs without knowing the extent of travel or the number of meetings anticipated. Could FMCSA provide estimates of the likely number of meetings with each of the four States and Mexico and locations? Should we assume that meetings with the States will be held in the State capitals? On the Statement of work, Page 4, Paragraph 1, the last sentence seems to be incomplete: ?The Statement of work and deliverable,? Would you please clarify this sentence? Answer: Sentence has been taken out. It was erroneously entered. 9. On the solicitation, would you please confirm that Page 16 was left blank intentionally? Answer: Page 16 is a blank page. Note-the cover letter did not count page 16. Also, page 15 ends at Commercial Clauses and Section E begins at page 17. 10. Could you provide a plug number for travel and ODCs? Answer: Travel and ODCs numbers to be provided with the submission of the quotes. NOTE: THIS NOTICE WAS NOT POSTED TO WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (15-NOV-2005); HOWEVER, IT DID APPEAR IN THE FEDBIZOPPS FTP FEED ON THIS DATE.
