Description

THIS IS A SOLE SOURCE PROCUREMENT, the sole source is JEOL USA of Peabody MA. Contractor shall provide all labor, materials, tools, test equipment, parts, transportation and other incidentals necessary to provide preventative and remedial maintenance on the JEOL JSM-6360 Scanning Electron Microscope and associated components. A firm fixed price service contract is contemplated. The period of performance is expected to be from date of award through approximately 20 Dec 06 with up to four one-year option periods.
