DESC: Solicitation W911S2-06-T-0013 is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation documents and incorporated provisions are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Regulations Acquisition Circular Number 2005-06. This acquisitio n is set-aside for SMALL BUSINESS, quotes will be accepted from all eligible firms; the Standard Industrial Code (SIC) is 3412; North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) is 332510. Interested parties must submit their quoted prices in strict a ccordance with the following request for Quotes: CLIN 0001: Furnish and deliver the following: 840 each Tuff Bins. Must meet the following specifications: Heavy-duty structural foam construction key locked-built in, size: 37 L X 21 W X 20 H. Suggested source/not mandatory Contico Pro Tuff Bin/Model# 3725 . Interested parties are required to provide product Specifications, and maybe required to provide a product sample for evaluation. The required delivery date for Tuff Bins is NLT 28 NOV 05. All Quotes should be FOB Destination, Ft Drum, and NY 13602. The following Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Acquisition Regulations (DFAR) Clauses and Provisions are applicable to this acquisition: Clause 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors - Commercial; 52.212-3, Offeror Representations and Certific ations-Commercial Items (must be provided with your offer); 52.212-4, Contract Terms and Conditions-Commercial Items; 52.212-5, Contract Terms and Conditions required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders; and DFAR Clause 252.212.7001 - Contract Terms a nd Conditions required to Implement Statues or Executive Orders Applicable to Defense Acquisitions of Commercial Items. The following FAR Clauses, cited within the clause 52.212-5 (Sep 2005), are checked and are applicable to the acquisition: 52.203-6, 5 2.219-6, 52.219-14, 52.222-19, 52.222-21, 52.222-26, 52.222-35, 52.222-36, 52.222-37, 52.222-39, 52.225-3, 52.225-13, 52.225-15, and 52.232-33. In addition, the following DFAR clauses cited within clause 252.212-7001 are applicable: 252.203-3, 252.225-7001 , and 252.225-7036.
