Description

U.S. GOVERNMENT SEEKS OFFICE SPACE IN RACINE, WI REQUIREMENT: The General Services Administration (GSA) is interested in leasing space in Racine, Wisconsin for Solicitation for Offer number Project # 4WI0036 consisting of approximately 4,050 rentable square feet with on site parking for 23 cars for the Internal Revenue Service. The rentable space must yield a minimum of 3,481 usable square feet to a maximum of 3,830 usable square feet, available for use by tenant for personnel, furnishing and equipment. The space must be located within the following delineated boundaries: City of Racine, WI. Due to the soon to expire lease, the Government is interested in alternate locations of equal size and quality that are economically advantageous. Alternate locations must include all costs associated with the physical relocation costs, alterations, and costs to move data and telecommunication lines. Lease term: Five (5) years, Three (3) firm term. Owners or their exclusive listing agent ONLY may submit properties for inspection. Submission no later than 4PM CST on December 8, 2005date.
