Description

This is a Small Business Set-Aside. This will be solicited under the Commercial test program. Solicitation will have an estimated 10 CORE NSNs. The Drawings will be issued via CD-ROM upon request during open solicitation period. There will be 1 base year with 4, 1 year option years. The Government is requesting a delivery time of 90 days ADO and FOB Destination. Offerors quoting FOB origin are subject to additional evaluation factors. In determining contract awards, the Contracting Officer will make a comparative assessment of the offeror's performance risk by using the Automated Best Value System. Solicitaion will be available on the DIBBS/PROCUREMENT GATEWAY. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the Agency. The following numbered notes appliy: 1 & 12.
