Description

The Louis Stokes Cleveland Department of Veterans Affairs Medical Centers in Cleveland, Ohio (VAMC) is in need of a contractor or contractors to provide 30-minute response Ambulance Services (BLS and ALS), for eligible beneficiaries of the Cleveland VAMC and its Community Based Outpatient Clinics (CBOCs) located throughout Northeast, Ohio, as ordered by the VAMC and CBOCs. The Contracting Officer anticipates making multiple awards from this solicitation. The Performance Period will be for one (1) year from date of award with four (4) one-year options to renew. The NAICS code for this procurement is 621910. The small business size standard for this procurement is $6 million in average annual receipts for the preceding three years. This solicitation is being set-aside 100% for small businesses. All offerors shall be registered with the Central Contractor Registration database at www.ccr.gov prior to award of any contract.
