Description: The VA Black Hills Health CAre System with facilities located in Hot Springs and Fort Meade, SD plans to enter into a sole source negogiated contract with Clinical Laboratory of the Black Hills, Rapid City, SD to provide Pathology Services for both VA sites. Services will be provided at each VA site or at Clinical Laboratory of the Black Hills. Base contract period shall commence on January 1, 2006. Option years will be included in the contract.
