Description: The Contractor shall inspect and maintain elevator (and dumbwaiter) systems at Yokota Air Base and Tama Service Annex, Tokyo, Japan in accordance with commercial practice, the applicable Japanese law and its supplemental regulations as its stipulated in Performance-based Work Statement (PWS). PWS dated 13 Oct 05 was revised by Amendment 0001 and replaced with the PWS dated 17 Nov 05 to update Appendix A. Note: This solicitation/contract anticipates a local vendor for award unless domestic vendor has an office, which is located and registered in Japan to perform the proposed service.
