PRON: AX6L0006AX, NSN: 1730-00-269-8283, PN: 1730EG012, Quantity: Min: 558 each, Max: 1358 each, 5 year IDIQ, applicable to the Support Equip, Air Ground Spt Sets, FOB Destination, with deliveries to New Cumberland, PA. The Required delivery with First Article Test is 558 each, 415 days after contract award (DACA), and without FAT, is 558 each, 290 DACA. This is a 100% Small Business Set-Aside. Offers are not solicited from other than small business concerns. The government has the rights to the tec hnical data, the data package is complete, and there are no technical data, engineering, tooling or manufacturing restrictions. Firms that recognize and can produce the required item described above are encouraged to identify themselves. By U.S. law, pa rticipation in Small Business Set-Asides are restricted to U.S. Small Business, therefore, foreign requests for this solicitation will not be honored. All responsible sources may submit an offer, which shall be considered by the Agency.
