Description

Synopsis for solicitation W15P7T-06-R-B212. US Army Communications  Electronics Life Cycle Management Command (C-E LCMC) intends to negotiate and award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price indefinite-delivery contract with a five (5) year period of performance with Valcom Limited, 175 Southgate Drive, Gu elph, Ontario N1H 6L3 of Canada for a procurement of up to 1,800 AS-2108A/ARN-89B antennas, NSN: 5985-00-001-4077, part number SM-D-730981. The contract will be negotiated pursuant to FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source. Valcom Limited is the only so urce with a complete technical data package (TDP) for the AS-2108A/ARN-89B. A technical data package is not available from the Government. Valcom Limited has been the sole producer of this antenna since 1993. If no affirmative written responses are receiv ed it is the intent of the Government to negotiate sole source and award a contract to Valcom Limited. See numbered note 22.
