- Description
- The Defense Supply Center Philadelphia (DSCP), Construction & Equipment (C&E) Directorate intends to issue a RFP for Light, Bed, NSN 6230-00-578-7548, in accordance with spec nr MIL-F-16377/17A, dated 81 Dec 24, Amend 01, dated 96 Aug 02, Type Number P/N M16377/17-232. The solicitation will be issued as a small business set-aside (Numbered Note 1 applies) with the resultant contract being an Indefinite Quantity Contract (IQC) for one (1) base year and four (4) one-year options. The Annual Estimated Quantity is 2500 each. Estimated value of this acquisition is $100,000.00 for the base period; $500,000.00 for total contract period. Solicitation period will be 30 days. Pricing will be requested on an FOB Destination basis. Delivery is 60 days. The contract will require delivery to stocking points throughout the US, including New Cumberland, PA, and Tracy, CA. This will be a best value/source selection acquisition in which technical factors are considered essentially equal to price. Solicitation is anticipated to be issued on 08 Dec 2005 with an estimated closing date of 10 Jan 2006. Antitipated award date is 24 Feb 2006. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by the agency. Technical data is available, see Numbered Note 9. Numbered Note 26 applies. The solicitation will not become available until the solicitation issue date.
