Description

The USDA Natural Resources Conservation Service on behalf of USDA Farm Service Agency, Rural Development and Natural Resources Conservation Service is interested in leasing approximately, 6824 net usable square feet of first class office space in Moscow, Idaho. The space must be contiguous with on-site contiguous parking for 59 vehicles and which also provides pull-through parking for large trucks, horse trailers, etc. The space must be fully handicapped accessible. Solicitation packages are available now. Requests solicitations for offers NRCS-02-ID-06 by contacting Christine Catherman, Leasing Officer, USDA NRCS at 208-685-6982 or chris.catherman@id.usda.gov Initial bids are due by 4:30 p.m. 2/1/06. Chris Catherman will be in the Moscow office on 12/14/05 to meet with prospective bidders to answer any questions.
