Description

The Federal Correctional Institution, Milan, Michigan, intends to issue solicitation RFQ-41702-022-06 for the provision of providing a Pharmacy Technician at the Federal Correctional Institution and the Federal Detention Center in Milan, Michigan. The contractor must provide services to the inmate population. The contractor must possess specialty training and/or certification as a pharmacy technician. The contractor shall possess education certification. It is estimated the contract will run from the date of award through September 30, 2006. A session will be defined as one hour. Estimated total sessions per year are 1080. The total number of sessions per week shall not exceed 30 hours. Quoters must specifically identify the individual that will be performing these services under any subsequent award. The solicitation will be available on or about November 28, 2005 and will be distributed through the website at www.fedbizopps.gov. All future information concerning this acquisition, including solicitation amendments will be distributed through the website. All contractors doing business with the Federal Government must be registered with Central Contractor Registration (CCR) database. The website for registration is www.ccr.gov. The anticipated receipt of quotes is December 23, 2005. All responsible small business concerns may submit a quote which will be considered. Faith-Based community organizations have the right to submit quotes equally with other organizations for which they are eligible.
