Description

This is not a request for proposal. This synopsis is for information and planning purposes only and it not to be construed as a commitment by the Government. This is not a solicitation announcement for proposals and no contract will be awarded from this announcement. Reimbursement will not be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement and any follow-up information requests. The 97th Contracting Squadron, Altus AFB, Oklahoma is searching for sources that can respond by e-mail or fax by 29 November 2005. The Government is searching for sources that can meet the specification outlined below. All companies that can meet the specification are encouraged to provide lead-time requirements, product brochures, company capabilities, or any other information that the Government should consider. All information in response to this sources sought announcement shall be e-mailed or faxed to the same. The following is the technical description of the requirement. Other suggestion are welcome. The requirement is under North American Industry Classification Standard (NAICS) code 323110, commercial lithographic printing, with a size standard 500 employees if small business. 1. Art package Ref #FM441953040033: a. Contractor shall provide items similar, equal to, or better than items in list attached (75 pictures/ artwork) with motivational text to pictures. b. Contractor shall provide black aluminum framing with matting. Items not available with matting will have black frame. c. Estimated shipping should be included in package price.
