Description

Notice of Intent to award a Sole Source Procurement. The Government intends to issue a sole source purchase order for the names of students currently attending Metropolitan State College of Denver in accordance with FAR part 12 regulations, Acquisition of Commercial Items. The award will go to Metropolitan State College of Denver, Campus Box 84, P.O. Box 173362, Denver CO 80217-3362. This requirement is considered sole source due to the fact that Metro State College of Denver is the only source that can provide the names from this college. The 460th Contracting Squadron intends to award a purchase order by other than full and open competition in accordance with Subpart 6.302-1 (a)(2), "Only One Responsible Source and no Other Supplies or Services Will Satisfy Agency Requirements."
