The U.S. Army, TACOM - Picatinny, Picatinny Center for Contracting and Commerce, Picatinny Arsenal, NJ is seeking sources for a requirement to obtain manufacturing (i.e., machine shop-type) support in the research and development of tank ammunition (KE) cartridges.
