- The United States Government is interested in leasing approximately 13,444 usable square feet of Class A office space. This space must be contiguous and above street level. This space requires a minimum of 60 public parking spaces within a two block radius. The normal operating hours should include 6 AM to 6PM Monday thru Friday. The lease term requirement is for five (5) years with a five (5) year option period. The space must be available for occupancy by June 1, 2006. The delineated area begins at 4th and D Street, N.E., west on D Street to Seventh Street, N.W., north on Seventh Street, N.W. to M Street, N.W., east on M Street, N. W. to North Capitol Street, north on North Capitol Street, to R. Street, N.E., proceeds east on R Street, N.E. (over the railroad tracks and continuing to the corner of New York Ave and 4th Street, N.E.), south on 4th Street, N.E. to 4th and D Street, N.E. Expressions of Interest must be submitted to the above address by 5:00 PM on December 16, 2005, and must include the following information: Building name and address. Rentable square feet available and expected rental rate per rentable square foot, fully serviced. ANSI/BOMA Office area square feet (OASF) to be offered and expected rental rate per OASF, fully serviced. Date of space availability. Method of rentable space measurement. Building Ownership Information. Amount of parking available on-site and its cost ? include whether expected rental rate includes the cost of the required Government parking (if any). List of building services provided.
