Advertisement ? 4PE033447 REQUIRED: Approximately 20,000 BOMA rentable square feet of office space, approximately 2,000 square feet of storage, and approximately 10,000 square feet of wareyard space. LOCATION: The total requirement will be satisfied at the present location at 308 Airport Road in Jackson, Mississippi through a succeeding lease, unless there is an alternate location of equal size and quality, at an economic advantage to the Government, including all tenant improvement costs. Alternate locations must include all costs associated with the physical relocation costs, as well as cost to move data and telecommunications lines. Delineated areas: Bounded on the North by Briarwood Drive; on the East by Ridgewood Road; Lakeland Drive, and Airport Road; on the South by I-20; and on the West by I-55, Meadowbrook Road, Manhattan Road, Cedars of Lebanon Drive, and Crepe Myrtle Drive. LEASE TERM: Five (5) years, three (3) years firm, beginning on or about December 16, 2005 through November 15, 2010.
