Description

The Department of Justice intends to procure the services of Summation Legal Technologies Inc. for the purchase of Summation iBlaze User Software Licenses and annual proprietary software maintenance support on a SOLE SOURCE BASIS, using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR Part 13). Any responses received as a result of this notice of intent, shall be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competition requirement. Responses will NOT be considered as either proposals or bids. A determination by the Government not to open this requirement to competition, based upon the written responses to this notice, is solely within the discretion of the Government. NOTE: THIS NOTICE MAY HAVE POSTED ON WWW.FEDBIZOPPS.GOV ON THE DATE INDICATED IN THE NOTICE ITSELF (04-AUG-2005).
