Description

This serves as a ?Notice of Intent? to award an option in a previously competed open market delivery order that was awarded to Relativity pursuant to FAR 12.6. DELIVERY ORDER NUMBER: FI050012. AWARD DATE: September 9, 2005. CONTRACTOR: Relativity Technologies, Inc. (Small Business), 2300 Rexwoods Drive, Suite 100,Raleigh, NC 20607. The Government intends to exercise the option to purchase up to 100 additional licenses. At this time, the Government intends to purchase: Relativity Modernization Workbench Bundle for MCP for 20 Users. Includes: Application Analyzer, Application Profiler, Business Rule Manager.Software Total: $220,000. Relativity Modernization Workbench Bundle for MCP Annual Maintenance - for 20 users (includes support and maintenance): $44,000. Training: $73,000. Total Option Software, Maintenance, Training and Mentoring: $337,000. The option for the Government to purchase the remaining 80 additional seats shall be retained.
